How Can We Help?
What materials can be embroidered?
We can embroider on most materials and garments, with limitations on certain leather and heavy-material bags.
Please contact us to verify if you have any doubts or questions about your specific material.
How long does it take to receive my order?
-For first-time orders, we go through a setup and proofing process. This means the turnaround can take a little longer than repeat orders. We generally quote 5-10 business days from proof approval, but please remember that our production queue is very dynamic and our workload changes daily.
-If you have an urgent/rush order, please contact us ASAP to make arrangements. We can meet some deadlines in as little as 24 hours.
What are your hours of operations?
We operate 5 days a week with retail hours 9am-5pm and weekends by appointment only.
How Much Does Embroidery Cost?
As with completion time, price is also dynamic. Things that will effect your quote include:
-Design dimensions
-Design complexity
-Order size.

Are there order minimums?
Unlike many embroidery shops, we do not have order minimums! Please contact us for a quote. No job is too small!​
